Formulated to increase GABA levels and assist the body in managing anxiety, stress, insomnia, spasms, nerve pain, headaches, muscle tension and pain.

Valerian root is a sedative herb, traditionally used for insomnia, which produces a calming and restorative effect on the body’s central nervous system. Valerian increases Gamma-amino butyric acid (GABA) levels in the brain, helping to reduce brain activity and allowing users to fall asleep more easily. It’s also an antispasmodic, which means it acts as a natural muscle relaxer. In addition to helping provide restful sleep, valerian may also be beneficial for reducing blood pressure, calming anxiety and stress, and easing the discomfort of muscular spasms and cramps.

Feverfew has been traditionally used for the prevention of headaches and migraines, but also may be beneficial for arthritis, fevers, muscle tension and pain.

Passionflower is thought to promote calming effects by increasing the levels of the chemical gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), which reduces the activity of some neurons that cause anxiety. It may be beneficial for reducing stress and overcoming insomnia, when combined with other calming herbs.

Chamomile is a naturally calming herb that helps to soothe nerves and improve sleep. It may also be beneficial for easing menstrual cramps, reducing pain and relieving headache.

Our Relaxation Tincture is made with dried, organic Valerian Root, Passionflower, Feverfew, Chamomile and
sugar cane-based vodka. It does not contain water, so please be aware that it is a full-strength, alcohol-based product.

Please note that it may take a few weeks before the effects are felt.
