Ingredients: Red Raspberry Leaf, Ginger Root, Alfalfa Leaf, Oatstraw Green Tops, Nettle Leaf, Dandelion Leaf, Spearmint Leaf
Directions: Pour 8-12 oz of freshly boiled water over 1-2 tsp of tea blend. Cover and steep for 10-15 minutes, strain and serve.
Overnight Infusion Method: Add herbs to container cover with freshly boiled water, cover and let steep up to 12 hours. Strain and serve. Store in refrigerator if not drinking immediately. May use sweetener, if desired. Consume within 24 hours.
