Licorice Root increases energy, endurance and plus help boost the immune system.

Holy Basil is a powerful herb that has been used in Ayurveda for thousands of years. Benefits include supporting the body during physical and emotional stress, balancing cortisol levels, reducing inflammation, balancing the immune system, supporting neurological health, elevating mood, and stimulating mental clarity.

Lemon Balm is a nervine, which is an herb that relaxes, soothes and supports the nervous system. It supports the retention of GABA in the brain, which is thought to contribute to its calming effect. It also helps to uplift mood, improve cognitive function, and is a mild pain reliever.

Add 2 cups of cold water and 4 teaspoons of Adrenal Support Tea to pot, cover and slowly bring to a low simmer. Continue to gently simmer for 20-30 minutes, remove from heat and allow tea to infuse at least 30 minutes. Strain and serve.
