Red Raspberry Leaf has been used traditionally as a uterine tonic to prepare the body for birth and to shorten labors. It tones the uterus so that, during labor, contractions work more effectively, making birth easier and faster. It’s a rich source of vitamins A, B, C, and E, and minerals such as calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, selenium, and manganese. Following birth, it is used to help restore the elasticity of the womb and uterine ligaments, and to increase the flow of breast milk.

Ginger Root has traditionally been used for stomach issues. It can alleviate a variety of troubles including nausea, vomiting, gas, bloating, cramps, and constipation. Ingredients: Red Raspberry Leaf, Ginger Root, Alfalfa Leaf, Oatstraw Green Tops, Nettle Leaf, Dandelion Leaf, Spearmint Leaf

Directions: Pour 8-12 oz of freshly boiled water over 1-2 tsp of tea blend. Cover and steep for 10-15 minutes, strain and serve.

Overnight Infusion Method: Add herbs to container cover with freshly boiled water, cover and let steep up to 12 hours. Strain and serve. Store in refrigerator if not drinking immediately. May use sweetener, if desired. Consume within 24 hours.
